When the report map enters view, your browser requests satellite imagery directly from Google Maps. Google receives your IP address, the site origin and the map centre coordinates. See Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

EPC information can be personal data even where it is publicly available. Certificate addresses are used for energy matching and the energy tool, not as a general address database. Public residential sale information comes from HM Land Registry.
Buyer notes, stages, asking prices, document answers and shortlists use browser local storage and stay on the device. Clearing browser storage removes them. Public share links contain property IDs only.
Technical hosting logs are used for operation and security. No analytics or advertising cookies are installed by this app. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
